Make it Make Sense: In-Person (Wilmington, NC) Parenting Workshop (Sept 10)
In this in-person 2-hour parenting workshop, we will spend time exploring what is happening inside of your kid’s body during moments of dysregulation to help you better understand how to support them. We will discuss how to use this information to inform your responses and give ideas and strategies of ways that you can support your child in these moments. New to this workshop will be time spent on exploring strategies to connect to your child amidst their dysregulated state, helping you to connect to them in the middle of a meltdown and support them in their regulation. Given that space is limited, this will be a small group format, which will enable you to ask questions and to receive individualized support.
